Chapoquoit Associates owns all of the common property on Chapoquoit Island for the benefit of the approximately 35 families who have homes on the Island. The Club and its members are in every sense guests of the Associates with respect to the Club’s use of Little Beach, the Barn and the roads on the Island. Accordingly, all Club members, staff and guests should be respectful guests and neighbors while on the island for CYC events.
